We have recently completed an application designed to streamline and centralize medical protocol access and information for users.

The application's core features

User Authentication & Email Verification

- Users can register and log into the application. - Firebase is employed for the sign-in and sign-up processes. - The AWS Simple Email Service (SES) is integrated to confirm the user's email during registration, ensuring a secure and verifiable user base.

User Profile Management

- Users can easily modify their personal information and password. - For enhanced security, email confirmation from AWS is utilized before finalizing changes.

Medical Protocols Directory

- Users can search for various medical protocols. - Medical protocols are displayed based on state/county, making it easier for users to find relevant protocols based on their location.

Offline Access & Downloads

- Users have the ability to download medical protocols. - These protocols can be saved in a private folder, allowing users to access them offline, ensuring they have critical information even without an internet connection.

Hospital Locator & Navigation

- The application lists hospitals and their associated protocols. - An integrated map feature allows users to get directions from their current location to a chosen hospital, streamlining the process of reaching necessary medical facilities

Advanced Medical Protocol Search

- A state-of-the-art search feature powered by OpenAI embedding ensures users get the most relevant results based on their queries. - This advanced text search provides users with tailored results, ensuring they find the exact protocols they're seeking.
